Susanne Conrad

Meet Susanne Conrad. Susanne is the Founder and Creator of igolu (pronounced I-Goal-You), a body of innovative communication, vision, goal-setting and leadership training work that she certifies others to lead. Jacki here, I met Susanne about eight years ago at lululemon athletica where we collaborated on her Vision & Goals events.  I was one of her biggest fans and event coordinator, she was/is the vibrant speaker and gamechanger. The moment I experienced her fearless leadership and bold dance moves while rocking a stage, I knew I wanted to be doing all of that, all the time and explore my own certification. As my teacher, my mentor and a dear friend, I am honored to share Susanne as one of the shiniest blisscrafters I know and learn from daily.

What rocks your bliss?
Teaching an extraordinary Nia class where I let people know I’ve been trained to teach every class like it could be my last.

Describe your perfect day.
I wake up early and go hiking with my friends and my dog. I come home and make an awesome brunch for Brett and I and then we go to the beach. We spend the evening with friends.

Share a huge goal you are rocking.
I’m about to lead the final two igolu road show to raise money for the Walkite school in Ethiopia. I’ll be leading 24 Ethiopians through igolu certification this year as well!

If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?
The Galapagos Islands

How do you handle setbacks?
I use the work of Dorothy Espiau, the Gems of Excellence, to restore love, forgiveness and choice in my morphogenetic field and stay connected to the happy face God.

3 ways you rock the self LOVE.
1. Working with Melissa, my program manager, to help me be home more, having my electrons make a difference instead of flying all over the place.
2. Driving too far and spending too much to get my haircut by someone I love.
3. Getting massages in my goals.

And, if you’d like to learn more about becoming a bold leader with Susanne, check out her leadership certification program! Applications for the next round are still being accepted through April 6th!
