What rocks your bliss?
This intentional, on purpose life I am living rocks my bliss! Being a Wife to an incredible man that I respect and adore. Growing a little human and feeling him move inside of my body. Kisses and snuggles with my Pup. Experiencing Connection -with my family and friends, with new people I meet, to my higher truth, between my mind and my body. Moving + Sweating. Inspiring people to find their awesomeness. Creating. Exploring. Traveling. Hosting parties. A good glass of wine.
Describe your perfect day.
My perfect day starts off early and slowly, spending time cuddling in bed with my guys. We get our body's moving with a long beach walk, hike, yoga flow or sweaty workout class before we go out for breakfast - a hearty eggs, bacon, sourdough toast and pancake breakfast. The day is spent with my husband, our son and Jax, our pup, on some sort of outdoor adventure. We get home to prepare dinner for some friends and eat outdoors on our deck, sipping wine and watching the sun set over the ocean.
Share a huge goal you are rocking.
One of my biggest goals that I'm rocking right now is preparing myself to be a Mother - which, to me, means knowing my worth, growing into wholeheartedness, diving into vulnerability and creating and flowing with ease.
If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?
Right now, I'm craving sunshine, salt water and a laid back lifestyle - so maybe Palawan in the Philippines or Costa Rica or Nicaragua.
How do you handle setbacks?
I allow myself to get sticky with it - to really feel the emotions that it's caused and be okay in that place while I process it. I allow myself to feel the hurt, anger, rejection, failure, judgment - whatever it is - and then, move forward with confidence.
