What rocks your bliss?
Connection. Be it with my friends & family, nature, my inner self, something bigger than myself. Connection is always a reliable way for me to be in bliss.
Describe your perfect day.
Woah! The possibilities are endless! Here are the highlights:
Definitely starts with a great cup of coffee & conversation. I’m imagining being on the back porch in my pajamas. warm cup o’ coffee in my hands. friends across the table. laughter. philosophizing.
Wine – lately I have been feeling the white wine as it is already pretty warm here in Southern California.
Sweating outside – I try to hike in Griffith Park or Runyon Canyon at least three times per week. This would definitely be on my perfect day list. Anything to get my body moving under the big blue sky.
Connection – since this rocks my bliss how can I not include it? There would be lots of friends and family involved. Hanging out, shooting the shit, pondering the meaning of life.
Sounds perfect to me!
Share a huge goal you are rocking.
I am about to legally start my own business. Gonna be my own boss. Feels so right. Feels so daunting… in that really good way.
If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?
Italy – I’ve never been and have seriously considered moving there. My heart hears the call.
How do you handle setbacks?Phone a friend. This is my go-to. I also have a list of reliable ways to shift myself. So when I am feeling good and things are smooth I am always adding new ways to this list. Then when I hit a set-back I have my list ready to rock the shift.
3 ways you rock the self LOVE.
Music – singing and dancing around my apartment
Friends & Family – always make time for them. Prioritize them above most everything.
Get outside – take myself on hikes at least 3 x a week
