What rocks your bliss?
Oh so much right now! Waking up each morning and having a great cup of coffee and meandering into my morning. Creating new designs for my Jewelry business. Cooking a good meal from scratch. Laughing, a must everyday. My community at Crossfit Cherry Creek and getting a good sweat in! Restorative Yoga. New music. Learning. Random opportunites that come my way. Getting lost in a book.
Describe your perfect day.
Wake up and snooze my alarm one more hour (yes hour) because my bed is just too comfy and morning cuddles with bae are my favorite! We finally wake our sleepy eyes to make coffee and a delicious breakfast. The next hour is spent lounging around reading until I start making orders and creating new designs for my shop. I have a yoga and lunch date a group of friends that goes into the early afternoon. I then head to my favorite bead store to pick up a few things and get weekly inspiration of course. Crossfit in the evening that turns into us goofing around for just a bit too long after the class. Ending the night with the latest Nashville and reading in bed until I can’t keep my eyes open any longer.

If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?
To be honest at this moment, it would be back to Sayulita with my close friends. I was just there on the Rock Your Bliss Retreat and fell in love with the vibe of the entire town. It was so inspiring to see all the small shop owners doing their thing and just loving life to the max. A stand up paddle board rental for the week would be necessary as well!
How do you handle setbacks?
That usually starts with taking a hot shower to get away from my computer or whatever is triggering stress from the setback. Followed by calling my parents and brainstorming on what my options are to move forward. Then I usually make a coffee take a deep breath and get started on taking this detour in my journey.
