What rocks your bliss?

Being me. Unapologetically, messy-haired + messing up at times, me. I spent so many years of my life not being me. Hiding, exhausted, trying to be someone I thought people wanted to see, and now, NOW it rocks my bliss to just show up as who I am. All of me. It’s so incredibly down-on-your-knees freeing.

Describe your perfect day.

Coffee. There has to be a mug of coffee to start my day, along with a hug and squeals of delight as I tickle my beautiful five-month old baby boy, Franz. Then, a run. Getting out on a trail or running in the forest at the bottom of my street. Running lights me up - it opens my eyes to see new things and taps into my creativity like nothing else. Then, working with an awesome coaching client, discussing all the things they want from their life, and most importantly, how they’re going to get there.

Share a huge goal you are rocking.

Well, I just rocked a huge goal by upping my entire life in London and moving to a tiny village in Germany, so I’m currently kicking back and letting the terrifying awesomeness of that settle in. It feels good. A huge future goal is to renovate the barn at the back of our garden in to a beautiful studio. There’ll be light, so much of it, and hand-crafted wooden floors and wild inspiration. Lots of that.

If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?

Vancouver. Seriously, I need to get out there.

How do you handle setbacks?

I remember that I always have a choice. In how I act and do and feel. I see possibility, even in the biggest cracks of a setback. I’ve learned time and time again that a setback is rarely a setback, there’s always something around the corner. You just have to look for it and SEE it.

3 ways you rock the self LOVE.

Laughing and dancing like an idiot with my partner. Running, always running. Music. Turned up loud, singing loud, living loud.
