What rocks your bliss?
Beach time with my family. Live music. Yoga and movement/exercise. I love to sweat!
Describe your perfect day.
I wake up before my kiddos, go downstairs to put my tunes on, make a cup of tea and enjoy making breakfast for my family. Then, I would head off to a yoga class. Upon my return, my husband and I would ride the kids in our bikes down to the beach and we would spend the rest of the afternoon splashing and sand castle building. We would end the day in the sunset with a picnic dinner.

I am on a mission to teach every mom how to have a well functioning pelvic floor through kegels done RIGHT and a strong core so that they can feel sexy and strong and have the best quality of life! Wait.... That's kinda two goals. But it's like 2 in 1.
If I could get on a plane right now?
The answer to this question is day dependent. Today it's Positano, Italy. The people, the language, the beach, the food, the sailing to Capri.....
How do you handle setbacks?
Setbacks are never without disappointment for me. I try to learn from any mistakes made and remember that those things that do not work out for me are likely not meant for me.
3 ways I rock self love.
I love cooking healthy yummy food. This feeds so many parts of me and my soul.
Regular yoga practices and sweat sessions. Movement and sweat make me feel alive!
