What rocks your bliss?
My morning bike ride to grab my favorite coffee. A good sweaty yoga practice. A one way plane ticket. Hearing a full class of mine breathe and watching them move to their own beat. Staying at home and putting my son to sleep at night. Curling up with an awesome page turner at night. So. Many. Things.
But my favorite way of rocking my bliss is tuning in to the specific recipe for magic each day. Finding it is always a little bit different, but the clues are there… You just gotta look.
Describe your perfect day.
My perfect day would include any or all of the above. I love to work hard, I love to have a packed day full of the things I love.. But I also really love to have a few hours to myself. Balance in everything.
When do you feel most creative and alive?
I feel most alive when I travel, where the feeling of the unknown and experiencing things for the first time really lights me up. Conversely, I feel the most creative when I’m at home in my own space, big cup of coffee next to me, hustle game strong, and in work mode.
Share a huge goal you are rocking.
I’m beginning to host online Women’s Manifesting Circles, where you can video in from anywhere and connect to a community of likeminded women. Women’s circles have been around since the beginning of time, and with the benefits of modern technology I thought it’d be amazing to be able to use the tools to further connection. With a different topic each month (abundance, love, connecting to source) you’ll get a goodie box of gifts and tools so we can all practice the rituals together.
If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?
Currently in Bali, and I’m happy to say that I’m quite content :)
How do you handle setbacks?
I actually thrive in the face of a setback. I’ve learned that it’s always an opportunity to grow. Even when it’s painful and you can’t see the end, there’s always a light that will break open. And sometimes not seeing where it’ll come from is the greatest gift.
An opportunity to find a new piece of yourself. To uncover more of who you really are. “The middle is messy, but it’s where the magic happens."
How do you come home to yourself?
It’s in the little things for me. Listening to my breath. Getting a sweet text from an admirer. Boarding a flight. Pulling a tarot card.
If you can find beauty in the small details, pretty soon you’ll look around and your whole life will be home, wherever you are.
What are 3 ways you rock the self LOVE?
Stepping on my yoga mat.
My fingers tapping away on my keyboard as I write with fury.
Cuddling with my son.
Anything that makes me thirst for more life and happy to wake up… self LOVE.
