Meet Elena Brower. To say I find Elena Brower inspiring would be a major understatement. Elena’s authenticity, grace and beauty in any interaction – a conversation, a yoga class, even through her online guided meditations – have inspired me to dive much, much deeper in my own personal practice and my teaching. And not only is she an amazing teacher, but is also the mama to a brilliant little guy. Elena’s willingness to speak about everything – beautiful things and the hard things – makes her so relatable and down to earth. If you ever have the chance to take her class in person make sure you do. If not there are so many ways to connect with her – through her yoga classes online, her gorgeous book Art of Attention or one of her workshops with Handel Group.
