What rocks your bliss?
Exploring, learning, reading, writing, discovering new places, tastes, sounds and experiences. Great conversations. Hiking. Long scenic drives. Great literature, theater and art.
Describe your perfect day.
Waking up in a fascinating new (new to me) city or landscape with someone I love and then spending the day roaming and exploring, while delighting in delectable meals in beautiful settings over great conversation.
When do you feel most creative and alive?
When I’m writing or brainstorming. When I’m traveling. And in nature. But mostly it’s an inside job. It’s when I feel connected to the divine or God or the Universe, like I’m being led by an invisible hand of some kind.
Share a huge goal you are rocking.
It’s really my dream to travel and write, to hold writing and self-discovery retreats in magnificent and inspiring settings across the globe.
If you could get on a plane right now, where are you going?
Oh the list is endless! I’d really love to visit Southeast Asia and Patagonia, Chile. I’ve also never been to the Amalfi Coast and Capri, so that’s very high on my list.
How do you handle setbacks?
I’m pretty optimistic and highly faith based, so I tend to see them as blessings, redirecting me for my highest good.
How do you come home to yourself?
Meditation, reading, quiet Sunset walks and baths.
What are 3 ways you rock the self LOVE?
Affirmations. I really pay attention to how I communicate and relate to myself. I (try my best to) honor my needs, to vocalize them when necessary. And I take very good care of my heart and body.
