What rocks your bliss? The growth and elevation of human beings. My beautiful family. My 3 year-old Jackson. My clients. Mindful movement. My Vitamix. Experiencing the world. Architecture. Beautiful, intelligent design. Communities that serve. Knowing your why. And, a chai tea latte with almond milk. Please and thank you.

Describe your perfect day. Waking up naturally, no alarm clocks needed. Spending the day with my husband, Gareth and Jackson. Cooking breakfast and going on an adventure; getting outside, the 3 of us, being tourists in our own city. We love our hometown and love to experience it together.

Share a huge goal you are rocking. Writing a game-changing book on conscious leadership & cultures.

How do you celebrate you? Being a mom and an entrepreneur this is crucial! Call me crazy, but I calendar everything. I calendar “me” time; I block it off so I make sure it happens. I commit to celebrating what’s working and what’s not working. The structure creates more freedom. Then, I do whatever I want during that time – I set myself free ☺

What inspires you? People creating change, living and leading through their unique strengths, contributing in ways that energize them and the world. This level of intentional action creates monumental shifts.

What is your power outfit? Usually an oversized tee and lululemon wunder unders or skinny jeans and gold jewelry – always gold jewelry.

SING, what is your karaoke song? In our house currently the top 3 would be: 1. Peanut Butter Jelly Time – Google it 2. Hickory Dickory Dock 3. ABC’s

How do you handle setbacks? 1. TALK – I am a communication junkie. I have an incredible husband, mentors, community and support team around me. The only way through something is to process it and welcome in the support that is needed.

2. Check-in with my self-care. My health is the foundation from which I operate. Without it I have nothing. It’s my GPS, my navigation for everything. I check and adjust where I need to: sleep, water, food, movement, meditation – I ask myself “What do I require?”- my body always tells me.

3. If I am struggling I remind myself there is always a new present moment to create in; therefore, whatever setback I am in the midst of, is temporary.

Gut reaction, what do you think of failure? It’s the biggest gift ever. – a direct path to break through and exponential growth.

3 ways you rock the self LOVE. 1. Surround myself with incredibly talented and gifted human beings that I can learn and grow from daily 2. 8 hours of sleep per night 3. Generous quality time with my husband, Jackson and immediate family
